1985 (Flitwick) Squadron  Air Training Corps

Cadet Non Commissioned Officers (NCOs) are cadets who have been promoted into a position of responsibility. Being promoted is not a right of passage and is achieved through high levels of commitment and self motivation. NCOs are leaders, and as such learn a great deal about people management and utilising resources, as well as developing their ability to make snap decisions and complete complex tasks. Cadet NCOs are the cream of the crop in the Air Cadets, and the experience gained will stand them in good stead for later life.
